Streamline Workflows With The Auction Management App
Whether online or live, a lot of work goes into an auction. From gathering and cataloging assets to registering bidders and invoicing, each step can be a time-consuming process. To help auctioneers complete all the tasks that go into an auction, whether online or on-site, efficiently from any location with faster data imports and image uploads, Sandhills created the Auction Management app.
About The App
The Auction Management app, available in the Sandhills Cloud, is a centralized location for managing both online (timed) and on-site (live) auctions. The auction hub groups all the functions auctioneers need to organize a sale, upload inventory, send invoices, and more. Auctioneers can view upcoming and past auctions, as well as bidder maps for timed or live sales, manage consignments, and perform accounting tasks. The app also supports LivestockMarket production sales.
Set Up Auctions
You’ll find all the features of the Equipmentfacts app in the Auction Management app. Import inventory, add lots, access the auction dashboard, projectors, sales catalogs, media pages, register bidders, and more.
AuctionTime auctioneers can view all their customers’ lots and auction dates. They can group items in the app with just a few clicks. Auctioneers can also create standalone (non-Wednesday) timed auctions to offer even more flexibility to their customers.
AI-Powered Categorization
To ensure your assets are visible to potential buyers, they must appear in relevant searches. The Auction Management app can help auctioneers get more bidder attention by accurately categorizing listings. When inventory is imported, AI is used to categorize assets correctly. Tap or click to accept category suggestions or type your own and choose an option from the list.
Effortless Invoicing
The auto-invoicing feature can be set to Per Day or Per Listing. For bidders who win multiple items from a single seller on the same sale day, the Per Day invoicing option will send a single, automatic invoice, rather than separate invoices for each item. Auctioneers can also choose the No Invoicing option, which creates draft invoices but does not send them out.
Get Started
If you haven’t used the Auction Management app yet, now is the time to start streamlining your workflow with this portable auction hub with faster imports and automatic invoices. Contact your Sandhills rep today to learn more.
