BIDDER CONTRACT: In order to bid at this Auction you must meet registration requirements. By registering, you are demonstrating that you fully understand, accept to all conditions and terms set forth for this auction, whether in writing or implied verbally.
CONDITIONS: This unit is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, NO WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED and to its usefulness or merchantability. All information contained herein is true and correct to the best of the company's knowledge. The Buyer is fully responsible for the assessment of the condition of the unit for Buyer’s purposes We would invite anyone interested in this unit to inspect the unit or have it inspected by someone of your choice to further assess for your purposes. We are located in Colorado. Please contact us ahead to make an appointment Monday – Friday. There will be no refunds or discounts.
PAYMENT TERMS: ALL INTERNET PURCHASE'S MUST BE MADE WITHIN 72 BANKING HOURS BY WIRE TRANSFER. Wire information will be included in all invoices. Applicable sales tax will be included. Buyer will be responsible for any and all applicable taxes. Exemption information must be received prior to invoicing. ALL ACCOUNTS MUST BE PAID IN FULL AND CLEARED BEFORE ITEMS CAN BE REMOVED OR PICKED UP. CREDIT CARDS ARE NOT A FORM OF ACCEPTED PAYMENT (IT IS ONLY USED AS A VERIFICATION TOOL).
All accounts not paid in full seven (7) banking days from sale date will incur additional charges of 10% of total invoice. Please make arrangements and pay on time. ANY ACCOUNT NOT PAID IN FULL AND ARE CONSIDERED UNCOLLECTED WILL INCURE A 25% RESTOCKING FEE BASED ON PER ITEM AUCTION SALES PRICE. DON'T BID IF YOU DO NOT OR YOU ARE UNABLE TO PAY.
BUYERS RESPONSIBLILTY: From the moment the item is deemed sold, said it becomes the sole responsibility of the buyer, reasonable care will be made by company to safeguard purchases, but in the event of theft, vandalism, accidental, or purposeful damage, negligence and/or Act of God. Buyer agrees to hold this company harmless.
TRANSPORT: Buyer is responsible for transport. We can load the unit onto any type of transport. Pick up is generally M-F 9-4 with at least 24 hour prior notice. Unit must be picked up within 14 days of auction end unless other arrangements are made in writing and signed by both Buyer and Seller. $25 day storage charge per item after 14 days unless other arrangements made.
