Used 11RMY Kohler generator. 4 lead It cranks and runs put out voltage it runs great no problems. It is 120/240 1 ph. It has been under a maintenance contract. It is Lp gas now for testing here in the shop. can change back to Nat gas at no cost. It has a Isochronous governor. It came off a house in my area up graded to a bigger generator ..It has been serviced Recent new oil change. The battery does not go with the generator. There is no charge to load the generator. It must be paid in full before 10 days of the auction closes and pick up no longer than 30 days from auction closes as long as it has been paid. If need to be on a pallet ADD $250 Upon execution of this Bill of Sale and upon Seller’s receipt of payment by Buyer of the Purchase Price Seller shall transfer all rights, title and interest it has in the Equipment to Buyer. The Equipment shall be delivered to and taken possession of by Buyer on an “as is, where is” basis, with no warranties or guarantees to the year, hours, or condition of any items sold. Buyer shall assume, upon execution of this Agreement, all risk of damage or loss to the Equipment, and no such damage or loss shall constitute a failure of consideration or cause for rescission of this Agreement by Buyer. This Agreement can only be amended by a written document signed by the duly authorized officers or representatives of the parties. No equipment will be released until payment is made in full. Purchasers are responsible for pick up and shall assume all work of coordinating transportation. An invoice will be sent to the email address registered with “Auction Time” after the sale concludes. Buyer is responsible for all freight, handling costs, and taxes where applicable. Seller assumes no liability for errors or omissions in this listing.
