Winning Bidder Responsibilities The winning bidder must contact the seller within 24 hours of the auction closing. Payment in full is due within 2 business days of the auction close via Wire Transfer or Cashier’s Check in U.S. funds, unless otherwise stated in the lot description. No item will be released to the buyer until payment has been received in full. Pickup and Removal The buyer is responsible for arranging and completing pickup of the item with the seller within 7 days of the auction close unless other arrangements have been approved in writing by the seller. Items not removed within 45 days of the sale date will be considered abandoned. Abandoned items may be resold by the seller without notice and with no refund to the buyer. Financing All financing must be secured prior to bidding. Bidders are advised not to bid unless financing is already in place. Condition of Items – “AS IS, WHERE IS” All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. All sales are final. There are no returns, refunds, or adjustments.
