TERMS & CONDITIONS: PAYMENT DUE FOR ALL PURCHASES WITHIN 48 HOURS OF AUCTION CLOSING. Invoice will be emailed to successful bidder using email address on file, following the close of the auction. Within 24 hours of the auction close, if successful bidder hasn’t received email invoice, they are to contact Auction Company to finalize invoicing and payment details. No equipment will be released until payment is made in full. We accept wire transfers and credit cards only, NO CHECKS of any kind. See payment terms & methods below. Auction Company will notify buyer with a paid invoice when full payment has been received. Buyer must sign and return paid invoice to receive release papers for pickup. Shipping is buyer's responsibility. All equipment/items are used and is sold "As Is, Where Is" with no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied.
