Online winning bidders are to contact Western Auction & Real Estate, LLC within 24 hours of the auction to arrange for payment and pick-up. Invoices will be emailed out to all winning bidders within 48 hours of completion of the Auction. Payment (including the buyer’s fee and wire transfer fee, Credit card payments will be charged an additional 4% convenience fee at the time of the transaction. If that is the payment of choice) must be made within 3 banking days of the auction. Certified Check, Cash & Wire transfers (with an additional $25 fee added to Online total for Wire Transfers) are accepted methods of payment. For all titled lots, there will be a $25 title processing fee paid by the winning bidder will be added to the transaction at check out.
