LOT #100; Lot of 4 Tire Racks; These are assets of a now closed tire shop and estate. We have done our best to properly describe all items. It is the Buyers’ responsibility to guarantee that they have done their own due diligence with the descriptions and all aspects of the items they are bidding on. The items may be inspected Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST by calling or . All items will be sold “AS-IS” in their current condition. No warranty either expressed or implied is provided for any item. No refunds will be given. All hour meter readings or mileages are believed to be true but are not guaranteed. Amber Waves Auction, LLC and its representatives provide information to the best of their knowledge, but the bidder is solely responsible for inspecting and satisfying himself with the information provided for each item. Amber Waves Auction LLC, its consigners, nor its representatives are not responsible for lost or stolen items after the end of the auction. All items must be paid prior to pick up. On site payments at pickup will not be accepted. Buyers will need to provide a paid receipt for pickup. All items will need to be picked up on Friday, July 10 from 9AM to 4 PM CST or July 17 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST. Any items still remaining after these dates will be subject to a surcharge up to $100.00 per day after July 17 unless other arrangements have been made. Upon payment of the items, Buyer will receive a paid receipt with address for pickup with time and dates. There will be no shipping or loading options offered. Buyers will need to make plans to handle all aspects of load- out as there will not be any type of machinery for load out on site. When notated, some trucks will be non-running. It will be the Buyer’s responsibility to plan to load and handle these items as well. Plan and bid accordingly. Please contact Amber Waves Auction at with questions. PAYMENT TERMS: NO CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED. NO CHECKS ACCEPTED. PAYMENT OPTIONS: 1) BANK WIRE (a $10 wire fee will be applied to the invoice). 2) ACH Transfers (no fee applied). Payment is due within 72 business hours of auction’s end. Funds must be received prior to any item being removed by the bidder. If funds are not received within 72 hours, the item will be re-sold with the winning bidder responsible for any costs involved as well as any deficiency between the winning bidder’s bid and the second bidder’s winning bid price. INVOICING: Invoices will be sent within 24 hours of auction’s end to the email provided by AuctionTime. It is the bidder's responsibility to make sure all contact information is correct prior to bidding. Please allow up to 30 days to receive your title of titled vehicles after the auction closing.
