Buyer is responsible for all cost associated with removal of equipment from the yard. Inspections are encouraged and welcomed. All trucks sold on auction are as-is where-is. *All sales are final. Warmington Truck and Equipment Sales will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove equipment within 10 business days of notification by Warmington Truck and Equipment Sales of receipt of payment. If auction item(s) are not picked up within the timeframe, a $25/day storage fee may be applied and must be paid prior to item(s) being removed. The winning bidder will be solely responsible for removal of equipment from our yard and any cost associated with removal. Pick up Hours by appointment only between 8am and 3:30pm Monday through Friday. There is a $200 Documentation fee charged to each item sold.
