An invoice will be sent to the e-mail address used to register for this auction after the sale concludes.
A phone call should be made to A.N. Farm Equipment within 24 hours of the end of the auction.
Payment in full may be made via wire transfer ($20 wire fee) or certified check within 2 business days of the end of the auction.
No equipment will be released until the entire invoice is paid in full. All sales are final. Call with questions regarding this auction before making a bid. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD "AS IS WHERE IS." All equipment is advertised/described to the best of our knowledge and no warranties are expressed or implied.
Buyer is responsible for all freight and handling costs. Item must be removed within 30 days of the end of the auction. A $25/day storage fee will be assessed past the 30 day limit unless other arrangements are made.
6% state sales tax will apply unless buyer fills out a complete tax exemption form.
