All equipment is sold "As Is" “Where Is” with no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied. All sales are final. PCA Atlantic will issue an invoice within 24 hours from the conclusion of the auction to your email address registered with Auction Time. Payment may be made by bank wire. We do not accept credit card payments. Payment must be received and paid in full within 4 business days from the end of the sale. Applicable sales tax will be charged to Massachusetts buyers unless the Massachusetts buyer provides proper tax exemption form. Out of state buyers will be exempt from sales tax if they provide either a tax exempt number or have a Bill of Lading from third party trucking company. Overseas buyers must provide a Bill of Lading to qualify for tax exemption. A $45 documentation fee will be added to buyer invoice. Titles will be sent out within 2 weeks unless otherwise stated. PCA Atlantic will notify buyer when full payment has been received and item may be picked up. No equipment will be released until payment is made in full. Items must be removed within two weeks of conclusion of the auction unless extension is agreed upon by PCA Atlantic or storage fees will accrue. Equipment disassembling and containerizing is available for a fee. Trucking is available for a fee.
