Contact is to be made within 24 hours of end of auction to arrange payment
Payment must be received in full by bank transfer or certified check within 72 hrs of auction end.
Equipment may not be picked up until payment is made in full.
Items must be picked up within 21 days, or a $25 per day storage fee will be charged unless other arrangements are made
All sales are final. All items are sold as is/ where is with no warranty or guarantee implied of any kind. While we try to list items as accurately as possible, we are not responsible with errors or omissions in listings.
Payments are required via Wire, Bank Check, in full within 3 Business days. No later than the following Monday upon completion of the auction. If pick up is made in person within 3 days payment may be made then.
Credit Cards excepted under $2500.00 with an additional 3% convenience fee applied.
Out of the US purchases MUST be paid by wire. A $15.00 fee Must be added to all wire transfers.
An invoice will be sent to the email address registered with "Auction Time" after the sale concludes.
Successful bidders must contact us within 24 hours of the completion of the auction to verify method of payment.
For Customer's in the State of Indiana an additional 7% Indiana Sales Tax will be added to any item that is not Tax Exempt. You will need to provide the tax exemption form.
