TERMS: Successful bidder must contact us within 24 hours after completion of the auction to confirm payment. Equipment will not be released until payment is made in full. Shipping is buyer’s responsibility. All equipment is advertised to the best of our knowledge and everything is sold “AS IS” with no guarantees. All sales are final. We encourage self-inspection before bidding, please call before coming to inspect to ensure someone will be on-site. Equipment must be removed within 30 days unless other arrangements are made.
****Payment methods are cash, check, or wire transfer only. If you send a personal or business check it must clear our bank before any item leaves our lot. Payments need to be received and paid in full within 5 business days of the competition of the auction, no exceptions. We will send an invoice to the email address registered with Auction Time after the sale concludes****

Equipment must be pick up during normal business hours. 24-Hour notice is required.
