Online Auction Terms of Sale
A 10% buyer’s premium will apply to all bids. Payment for all purchases must be made in full within 24 hours of the sale.
Visa, Mastercard, discover, American Express, and wire transfers accepted day of sale. All purchases over $10,000 must be made via wire transfer.
Everything sells “as is/where is”. Descriptions are believed to be correct, the auctioneer and the owner make no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, as to the condition, authenticity of, or descriptions used in advertising. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to verify condition, authenticity and description of any item prior to bidding. Once the auctioneer or online platform says “sold,” the purchaser is responsible for payment and safekeeping of the merchandise. Removal of purchased items shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. Purchaser must provide certificate of insurance if they will be using large equipment for the removal of their items.
No abandonment of purchased items is allowed. Purchaser will be responsible to pay the full cost of removal or disposal of abandoned items. If purchaser fails to pay for their items, they agree to pay the difference in price if the item or items are resold. All bids and payments must be made in U.S. dollars (USD). No refunds for lost or stolen items will be made. Announcements made on the day of sale take precedence over any printed material. Advertised items may be subject to prior sale.
