-All items are sold "As is Where is" with no guarantees. All sales are final. No equipment will be released until payment is made in full. Buyers are required to insure any purchases made from day of sale.

-Payments are required via Wire, Check, Cashier Check, or Cash in full within 3 business days. No later than the following Monday upon completion of the auction. No Exceptions.
-Out of the US purchases MUST be paid by wire with and additional $50 convenience fee. A $15.00 fee must be added to all wire transfers.
-An invoice will be sent to the email address registered with "Auction Time" after the sale concludes. Applicable sales tax of 5.5% will be applied. To be tax exempt, submit your State tax exempt form. No Sales tax to be paid on vehicles.
-Successful bidders must contact us within 24 hours of the completion of the auction to verify method of payment.
-Items must be picked up within 14 days upon completion of auction. A $25.00/day storage fee will be charged after 14 days unless other arrangements are made. After 30 days, the item will be considered abandoned and D Equipment Auctions will resell the item with no compensation to the Buyer.
-On items to be shipped, the item must be paid for in full at conclusion of the auction. Shipping costs will be treated as a separate transaction.
-Schedule loading arrangements 24 hours ahead of picking up equipment if possible.
