All equipment put on auction is advertised as completely as possible, with all information concerning the equipment we have at the time of submission. Equipment is sold “as is” and “where is” with absolutely no guarantees of any kind. It is recommended that you call before you bid with any questions concerning the equipment, and inspect it if possible at our location before the auction date. Successful bidders must contact Grand Kubota. within 24 hours of the completion of the auction to verify the method of payment and the date the machine will be picked up. Items must be removed within two weeks of conclusion of the auction unless other arrangements have been made, any circumstances involving excessive labor loading the equipment will be billed accordingly to the customer. Payments for the machine purchased must be received within one week, (7 full days), of the completion date of the auction. Preferred method of payment is check or certified check, all wire transfers will be assessed a $40.00 fee. Payments made via Credit Card will add an additional fee of 3%. No credit card payments will be accepted over the amount of $1,500.00. Equipment, and any titles for equipment, will not be released until full payment has been received and verified in the case of a personal check. Any tax deferment forms-if applicable-must also be received at the same time as payment for the machine.*Monthly payment stated above assumes a secured commercial use loan transaction available for highly qualified commercial loan applicants.
