A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the winning bid to determine the final sale price, with a 6% KY Sales tax on applicable items unless a farm exempt or other tax exempt number is provided for our records. Winning bids on items $499 and below will be invoiced to the winning bidder by email through Square and paid in full by credit card. On items $500 and above, a $500 non-refundable deposit will be invoiced by email through Square with the balance due upon item pickup by credit card or cashier’s check.
