Successful bidder will be sent an invoice via email to the email address registered with AuctionTime. Successful bidders must contact us within 24 hours of the completion of the auction to verify method of payment. No equipment will be released until payment is received in full. Payments may be made by bank wire transfer, check, cash, or credit card. There will be a 4% transaction fee for credit card payments. Purchases over $10,000 must be paid in the form of bank wire transfer only. Payment by check must clear our bank before the item will be released. Payment must be received within 3 business days of the completion of the auction. All items must be removed within 30 days. All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. We strive to describe all items as accurately as possible, but we encourage you to view and inspect items in person. We do not guarantee odometer or hour meter readings or functionality. Information on equipment specs and model year is from sources deemed reliable but buyers need to do their own research. By bidding on the listed items you agree that you have inspected the item to your satisfaction and are purchasing it in it's AS-IS condition.
