Massery Ferguson 245 front end loader. NO BUYERS PREMIUM! NO bucket included. Comes as pictured. Units has not been used in several years. Main arms are straight. PAYMENT: READ THIS BEFORE BIDDING 1. The only accepted form of payment is an electronic check (which is free). 2. Payment must be completed within 24 hours of invoicing. 3. Payments not received within 24 hours of invoicing will be assessed a late fee of $50 per day unless you have approval otherwise with us. 4. Contact info for pickup will be given 3 BANKING days following payment (not including day of payment). If you are bidding on behalf of someone else and are high bidder, there will be a $100 fee to do a name, e-mail, address, phone and billing change in our system. All communication will be sent to the winning bidder. Buyer payment is not contingent on buyer financing. LOADING: Loading is available *** by appointment*** for 30 days post auction at seller's/operators availability with minimum of 24 hour advance notice. Assistance is limited to roll-on or skid loader assistance. Anything else, bring your own man-power or equipment. * * * The operator loading you is not responsible for any damages to your item from loading. TAX: Nebraska Sales tax will be charged unless (A) you are buying a vehicle or trailer, (B) you are tax exempt or (C) you are buying an item eligible for tax exemption. Options B & C require a completed Form 13 along with your payment. The seller, Real Estate Solutions Team, and R.E.S.T Ag and Action make no warranties or guarantees of the items being sold whether written or implied. All sales are final.
