Complete payment is to be received within five (5) days of the auction’s close by any Janson Equipment Company location. Release of machinery from Janson Equipment Company to the buyer will be available upon verification of complete payment. Buyers are responsible for any additional taxes or shipping costs. Payment must be received through one of the following methods: cash, bank certified/cashier’s check, or wire transfer. Buyers must present or complete valid farm tax exemption documentation in the buyer’s name to qualify for eligible tax exemption status. Reselling equipment that is remaining on Janson Equipment Company property is prohibited. Loading of equipment is available at each location by appointment only. Please contact the Janson Equipment Company location directly to arrange scheduling for loading prior to arrival. Please allow one day for processing before picking up equipment. All machinery is sold through the auction process “as-is” with no warranties either written or implied. Equipment descriptions are believed to be correct but are not guaranteed to be so. Buyers are responsible for inspecting the equipment prior to the auction closing time and cannot hold Janson Equipment Company or the auction company liable for any discrepancies. Additional charges for machine preparation for loading or delivery will apply. All auction sales are final. Operator’s manuals may or may not be available at time of delivery. Additional storage fees will apply to undelivered or un-retrieved machinery on the 15th day after auction closing at a rate of $10.00 per day. Thank you for your cooperation.
