Winning bidders must contact us within 24 hours of the completion of the auction to arrange method of payment. All sales are final. Equipment will not be released until payment in full is made. All equipment sold is "As Is" with no guarantees. Inspection should be done by customer on equipment before a bid is placed.Please call with any questions on equipment before making a bid. Payments must be completed by 3 days after auction closes. Invoice will be sent to the email address registered with Auction time.

Equipment Pickup must be picked up in 7 days after the auction. Freight is responsibility of buyer. Seller is not responsible for any consequential damages.
Buyers from MS are subject to 7% tax if not for farm use or 1.5 % tax if for farm use and must sign the Farm Use Affidavit.

Any Equipment that requires shop labor to breakdown will be billed by the shop rate. We will provide a quote for each piece that is purchased with Auction Time.
