BY BIDDING, YOU ACCEPT THE TERMS AS STATED BELOW.
PAYMENT TERMS: BANK WIRES ONLY. Wire charges will be applied to invoices. Payment due within 72 business hours of auction’s end. Credit cards are not accepted at this time. NO checks will be accepted. Wire transfer must be completed prior to any item being removed by the bidder. If funds are not wired within 72 hours, the item will be re-sold with the winning bidder responsible for any costs involved as well as any deficiency between the winning bidder’s bid and the second action’s winning bid price.
INVOICING: Invoices will be sent within 24 hours of auction’s end to the email provided by AuctionTime.
SHIPPING: Bidder is responsible for all shipping costs and arrangements. Items must be removed within 30 days of auction end. Storage fees of $50 per day will be charged after 30 days unless previous arrangements have been made. No property will be released after 30 days until late fees are paid in full. If an item has not been removed within 90 days after the auction’s end, and no arrangements have been made for storage, the item will be disposed of and no refunds will be given.
LOADING: Loading arrangements must be made at least 48 hours in advance of pickup. Amber Waves Auction, LLC consigns items for local farmers. Loadout assistance may or may not be available. Loading docks are not always available. If loadout is a concern please contact our office prior to bidding. If the Bidder requests assistance and is assisted in loading, the Bidder assumes all responsibility for injury and damage to property or persons as the result of said assistance and agrees to defend and hold harmless the Seller, Amber Waves Auction, LLC, as well as the agents, owners, employees or representatives of the Seller and Amber Waves Auction, LLC.
INSPECTION: Items are available for inspection by contacting the auction company at 620-491-1223 to arrange a time for any bidder to inspect the item in question. All bidders should rely on their own due diligence and inspection of equipment. It is the bidder’s responsibility to determine and/or confirm condition or description of items before bidding. Auctioneer and/or seller shall have no liability for any errors or omissions in this listing. Once the auction is over, all sales are final, and NO refunds will be given. Bidder is solely responsible for inspecting the item being sold and satisfying himself with the condition and description of the item.
