Successful bidders must contact us within 24 hours of the completion of the auction to verify method of payment. Payment must be received within 48 hours of auction closing. If payment is not received within 48 hours of auction closing, a monetary penalty will be assessed. Any and all deposits are non-refundable. We understand things can happen so please communicate. If you do not send payment a formal complaint will be filled and your bidder rights may be terminated
Payment Terms: WIRE TRANSFER, CASHIERS CHECK OR CASH. A $12.00 wire fee applies to all incoming wires. Cashier’s check needs to be verified during banking hours.

All items must be shipped or picked up within 10 business days. After that, there is a $20/day storage fee applied that must be paid prior to the item being released. Items must be picked up within 30 days of sale date unless prior arrangements have been made.
All buyers must contact us at least 24 hours prior to picking up their items due to accessibility. Pick up times are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. Weekend and after hour pick-ups are at the sellers discretion. If your driver just shows up unexpected he could be unable to pick up. Buyers are responsible to secure correct transportation as well as the means to safely load their items. "Ramps, Tie downs, Correct trailer, Permits etc."
