Terms & Conditions: All items sold AS IS WHERE IS - with no warranty either expressed or implied. All hour meter readings or mileages are believed to be true but are not guaranteed.
Inspection – Items are available for inspection by contacting the auction company 402-923-1160 to arrange a time for any bidder to inspect the item in question. It is the bidder’s responsibility to inspect the item and the listing pertaining to said item. Each potential bidder is responsible for his or her own independent inspection.
Payment- Payment must be received within 3 business days after the conclusion of the auction. Buyer agrees to pay by Cash, Money Order or Wire transfer. Any buyer from outside the United States must pay by Wire Transfer only and all wire transfer fees will be the buyer’s responsibility. For Wire instructions please see your email with the original invoice. You will receive a Paid in Full invoice once your payment has been received. No item can be picked up or shipped without the PAID IN FULL INVOICE.
Shipping- All shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. All funds must clear before any item can be removed or shipped. Any titled vehicle will be charged a $25.00 title fee.
Removal – All items must be removed within 21 days of the auction. Any item not picked up or shipped within 60 days of the auction will be RESOLD and no refund will be returned to the buyer.
Sales tax is included for all non-titled pieces. If you have a resale number or wish to claim tax exemption please submit the proper form based on the items location.
