Buyers are responsible for inspecting equipment prior to the auction. All Sales are final and payment (USD) must be made within 72 hours to Booth Machinery, Inc. No equipment may be removed until payment in full has been received and verified.
Reselling Equipment that is remaining on Booth Machinery, Inc. property will not be allowed.
Successful bidders must contact Booth Machinery, Inc. within 24 hours of the completion of the auction to verify method of payment. All equipment is sold "As Is, Where Is." All sales are final. Call with questions regarding this auction before making a bid.
Items must be removed from dealer location within 14 days of conclusion of the auction. A $25.00/day storage fee will be charged after 14 days unless other arrangements are made. After 30 days items will be resold and no refund will be returned to customer.
Standard Charges apply to loading and tear down at the rate of $120/man hour USD. All applicable sales taxes and other fees, including freight and handling fees, are the responsibility of the buyer.

Cash on pickup (if picked up within 72 hours of close of auction) Wire transfers to our bank account ($25.00 USD fee applied for wire transfers.) Certified checks (must be sent overnight and received within 72 hours of auction close)
