No equipment will be released until payment is made in full. Payment must be made before pickup is scheduled.
Successful bidders must contact us within 24 hours of the completion of the auction to verify method of payment.
We encourage self inspections before bidding.
Payments must be made in full within 3 Business days.
Accepted forms of payment include certified bank check, cash, wire transfer, and credit card. If you would like to use a credit card to pay, a processing fee will be applied.
An invoice will be sent to the email address registered with "Auction Time" after the sale concludes.
All items must be picked up within 14 days of the conclusion of the auction, or items will be considered abandoned and will be resold, unless other arrangements are made with CP Auction Company, LLC, or the consignor.
Buyer is responsible for all transportation of the items purchased and all costs associated, including but not limited to equipment breakdown if applicable.
Please call prior to bidding to preview the items selling. All items are sold As Is Where is With no guarantee. Items are described the best of our ability, though recommended the buyer perform there own inspections prior to bidding.
Items sold as is basis of no warranty of representation is either expressed or implied concerning this item, or others sold by Prater Implement.
Trucking and Financing Available.
All items that are not considered used in planting, cultivating, or harvesting crops will be charged sales tax.
All titled vehicles will be charged a $50 title fee.
Additional charges may apply for equipment breakdown if applicable.
