All items are sold as is, where is. There is no guarantee of any item. We strive to obtain all information and do a pre-inspection of every item, to help answer any question.
Winning bidder must contact Triple A Auctions within 24 hours of sale closing. Payment must be made within 48 hours of sale ending. Payment must be made by WIRE TRANSFER, CHECK, or CASH. All checks will be held a minimum of 10 days prior to equipment being released. Buyers are 100% responsible for insuring their equipment immediately at the end of sale. No equipment will be released until payment is made in full.
Upon the closing of the sale all units must be off the lot within 14 days, unless a prior arrangement has been made. All equipment not picked up in 30 days will be charged a $25/day fee by the auction company.
