All of these items are located at LOMAH Dairy at 18824 County Road N/S 215, Davidson, OK 73530. Everything is being sold “As Is, Where Is”. We have done our best to collect information about each piece, but ultimately it is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, year model, genuineness, value or any other determining factor. We have provided pictures for your reference, but inspection of equipment in person prior to bidding is always encouraged. If you choose not to check it out prior to the sale, that is up to you but Entz Auction, nor the owner of the equipment, is not responsible in any way if you are not satisfied with any item(s) you purchase. Online bidders understand that neither the auction company nor the seller are responsible in the event of lost or delayed signal. There are not any warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Shipping is 100% the sole responsibility of the Buyer. We can provide you with Shipping references upon request. Please do not show up, or send a shipping company, with no tools and expect the item(s) to be disassembled and loaded for you. The Seller will assist loading with a Cat wheel loader. Pickup times are Monday-Friday, 8:00-4:00 P.M. Items must be picked up by October 14, 2020 or Buyer forfeits this item and payment. If you do not pick up you items in that timeframe, we will consider them abandoned. That means you will not get a refund and the item is no longer yours.
Since the equipment is located in Oklahoma, we follow Oklahoma Tax Commissions guidelines regarding tax collection. If you qualify, per Oklahoma Tax Commission guidelines, we will not charge you sales tax. We do not make the rules, but we do play by them. Sales tax is not charged on titled items. Farm trailers in Oklahoma do not require titles, so we do not have titles unless specifically stated. However we will provide you a notarized Bill of Sale.
Payment Instructions: All online purchases are to be paid by wire transfer or ACH(check over the computer) only, unless other arrangements have been made with the auction company. Payment is due within 48 hours of invoicing. Please contact the auction company for wire transfer information if the instructions are not provided on your invoice following the auction or if you have questions regarding the ACH payment option. Equipment must be paid in full and the Auction Company received the funds before any equipment will be released. NO EXCEPTIONS! Internet Buyers agree to pay a 5% online Buyers Premium to the auction company.
