Please read all of our terms and conditions before bidding as they are NOT negotiable.
All units are sold "AS IS WHERE IS"; with no warranties written or implied by TAC Enterprises. We do our best to describe items, however it is the buyers responsibility to inspect all items prior to placing bids.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
Buyer understands any description given or written on the equipment is not guaranteed,
and will rely entirely on their own inspection.
All specifications for this item are taken from sources generally deemed to be accurate, but not guaranteed
Check, verify and if possible self inspect item you are bidding on. We are open 8 to 5 Monday thru Friday for inspections.
Payment and Shipping
Invoices and wiring instructions will be emailed to the email address supplied to AuctionTime at time of registration. Invoices and wiring instructions will be sent the same day auction concludes. Any requests for re billing including name changes, email addresses or to a bank institutions, etc. will incur an additional $100.00 fee so make sure information provided to AuctionTime at time of registration is correct.
No equipment will be released until payment is made in full.
All sales are final at the close of the auction.
Buyers must make contact with us in 24 hours to inform the type payment that will be made.
We prefer Wire Transfers but will accept cash or certified check. ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS ACCEPTED!
There will be a $25.00 charge added for wire transfers, partial wires will incur an additional $25.00 each.
All funds must clear our bank before item may be removed from our lot, NO EXCEPTIONS!
Full payment is due the following Monday after the auction at 5pm. If payment is not received by that time, buyer will be considered a non paying bidder and the sale may be void at TAC Enterprise's discretion.

Buyer is responsible for any and all taxes (3% Alabama sales tax will be collected from all instate buyers or any out of state buyers that do not have their items picked up by a licensed, commercial hauler), shipping cost, and arrangements.
Items must be picked up within 30 days. After 30 days item will be resold and no refund will be returned to the customer.
If you can't or don't intend to pay, DON'T BID! All non paying buyers will be turned over to AuctionTime as such.
If financing you must have your financing pre-arranged so full payment can be made by the following Monday, 5:00 PM.
If you have questions, ask is BEFORE BIDDING AND PURCHASING! NOT AFTER! SALES ARE FINAL!And all terms are expected to be met.
