No equipment may be removed until payment in full has been received and verified.
Successful bidders must contact Auctioneer Alley within 24 hours of the completion of the auction to verify method of payment. Call with questions regarding this auction before making a bid.
Please contact 12-24 hours prior to pickup. Items must be removed from the auction location within 14 days after the conclusion of the auction. A $25.00/day storage fee will be charged after 14 days unless other arrangements are made with the auction company. After 30 days items will be resold and no refund will be returned to customer.
All applicable sales taxes and other fees, including freight and handling fees, are the responsibility of the buyer. Sales Tax Laws apply unless you can provide legal documentation claiming exemption.
Method of payment:
Cash on pickup (if picked up within 72 hours of close of auction)
Wire transfers to our bank account ($25.00 USD fee applied for wire transfers.)
Certified checks (must be sent overnight and received within 72 hours of auction close)
Credit Cards are NOT accepted.
