Items will NOT be released until payment has been revived/processed.
State Sales Tax will be charged on all Lots unless other tax exempt forms are provided to Auctioneer.
The Buyer assumes all responsibility of every item when the item is sold to them.
It is the Buyer's responsibility to verify condition and any/all determining factors related to each individual Lot, such as year, model, hours, value, authenticity, etc.
Bob Mitchell Auctioneers, Inc. is not responsible for any liability resulting from accidents, fire or theft.
We are open 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday and 8am to 12 noon on Saturday. We advise all Buyers to inspect, in person, each Lot, prior to the Sale.
