All equipment is sold “As IS” without warranty either expressed or implied. All sales are final
No equipment will be released until payment is made in full and has cleared the bank. Purchases are responsible for making pick up arrangements and must contact T & J Enterprises at least 24 hours prior to picking up items so that the seller can be notified.
If you are in need of load out assistance, help is available and is priced depending on the item. In order to schedule load out assistance you must call at least 48 hours ahead of scheduled pick up. If the buyer fails to contact T & J Enterprises 48 hours before load out assistance is needed, the buyer is responsible for the load out and all costs that are incurred during the process.
If the buyer has not picked up the item within 30 days of full payment a $25 per day storage fee will be applied to all items.
Items that have not been picked up within 6 months of the sale are considered abandoned property and the owner has the right to resell the item.
Payment must be made in full within 48 hours.
We accept certified checks and wire transfers. Wire Transfers are subject to a $15.00 wire fee.
Nebraska SALES TAX is 6.5% and applied to all purchases that are not tax-exempt. The only exception is if you have no business interest in Nebraska and are from another state. You can hire an independent third party contractor to load and deliver the equipment to you. In that event, Nebraska Sales Tax does not apply, BUT YOU MUST PROVIDE US A BILL OF LADING from the contract hauler. Trucks and trailers with title and license will be supplied a Bill of Sale and tax and license requirements will be subject to the rules in the State of the purchaser
