Successful bidders must contact us within 24 hours of the completion of the auction to verify method of payment.
Payment may be made by bank wire, or certified check. We accept Credit Cards but a 3% convenience fee will be applied to the final sale price.
Payments need to be received and paid in full within one week of the completion of the auction.
An invoice will be sent to your e-mail address registered with Auction Time after the sale concludes.
All items are sold "as-is where-is" with no reserve.
Load out and Storage fees may apply. No equipment will be released until full payment; including appropriate taxes are made in full.
All equipment is sold As Is, with no guarantees. All sales are final. Call with questions regarding this auction before making a bid.
Items must be removed within 30 days of conclusion of the auction unless arrangements are made from the seller.
Items not picked up within 30 days could have storage charges accrued, After 90 days and no storage agreement has been made or it has expired and item is not picked up, item will be considered abandon and resold and no refund will be returned to the buyer.
