No equipment will be released until payment is made in full. Successful bidder must contact us within 24 hours of the completion of the auction to confirm information and means of payment. Payment must be made in full within 5 business days.Cashiers check is the preferred method of payment. Personal checks must clear the bank before any items will be released. An additional $25 must be added to all wire transfers to cover transfer fees. An additional 4% fee will be added to all credit card payments. We highly encourage self inspection of any item before bidding. All information that we provide is for the buyers assistance, and while we believe all information we provide is correct, it is not guaranteed. Bidders must rely entirely on their own inspection. Prior to the completion of the auction we are more than happy to hook implements up and run them for a potential bidders inspection. Please do not ask us to hook implements up after the completion of the sale, you own it. All SALES ARE FINAL . Everything is SOLD AS, WHERE IS with all faults. There are no warranties expressed or implied, and under no circumstance will a buyer be issued a rebate or a refund. Winning bidders have 90 days to remove items from our yard unless arrangements have been made and agreed upon by EJA Equipment LLC before the end of the 90 day period. After the 90 days equipment will be considered abandoned and resold with no refund to the original purchaser
