Bid with Confidence!
** Successful bidders must contact us within 24 hours of the completion of the auction to verify method of payment. No equipment will be released until payment is made in full. All equipment is sold "As Is" with no guarantees. All sales are final. Call with questions regarding this auction before making a bid.
** Payments may be made by bank wire, personal, business, certified check or credit card (credit card purchases will be assessed a 3.5% premium). If you send a personal or business check it must clear our bank before any item leaves our lot.
** Payments need to be received and paid in full within one week of the completion of the auction. We will send an invoice to the email address registered with Auction Time after the sale concludes.
**Mayer Farm Equipment LLC will be more than happy to facilitate your loading and transportation needs. Any item that requires tear down and “excessive” load time (i.e. tillage equipment, planters, etc), will be subject to a fair “loading and prep fee” due to Mayer Farm Equipment LLC from the successful buyer at the time of loading. This fee should be discussed and understood before buying one of these items. MFE can/will invoice you for this fee at the time of purchase in the event the successful bidder hires an outside company to transport those items.
**All items must be picked up within 60 days, at that time unclaimed items will be forfeited back to Mayer Farm Equipment LLC and no refund will be made to the original buyer. These unclaimed items will then be re-offered to the general public for sale. If an item cannot be picked up in this amount of time, and it is your intent to still purchase it, a 10% monthly “housing fee” will be assessed to the original invoice.
