*TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- Payments are REQUIRED via Wire Transfer or Cashier’s Check in full within 3 business days. No later than the following Monday upon completion of the auction. If pick up is made in person within 3 days, payment must be made by then.
- Out of the US purchases MUST be paid by wire with an additional $50 convenience fee. A $15.00 fee must be added to all wire transfers.
- Applicable sales tax of 5.5% will be applied. To be tax exempt, submit your State tax exempt form.
- Schedule loading arrangements at least 24 hours in advance of picking up equipment.
- Successful bidders must contact us within 24 hours of the completion of the auction to verify method of payment.
- All applicable sales & use tax will be added to the purchase price of all non-titled items.
- Items must be picked up within a maximum of 14 days upon completion of auction. A $25.00/day storage fee will be charged after 14 days unless other arrangements are made. After 45 days, the item will be considered abandoned and will resell the item with no compensation to the Buyer.
- On items to be shipped, the item must be paid for in full at conclusion of the auction. Shipping costs will be treated as a separate transaction.
