Our Auction Company will notify sellers when we have received payment in full for release of equipment. All equipment is sold “AS IS” with no guarantees, expressed or implied by seller. Odometer readings are considered unverifiable. Bidders are responsible for inspection of items and will not be issued a rebate or refund for any reason. All Sales are Final. Removal of equipment shall be at the expense, liability and risk of the buyer. Any items not removed within 2 weeks of conclusion of the auction will be considered abandoned and the purchaser will lose all rights, title, and interest to the property, unless otherwise stated in the description of the item. Titles for all titled items will be mailed to the buyer via Priority Mail no sooner than 10 business days after receipt of payment, regardless of payment type. NO Credit Cards accepted.
