Complete payment is to be received within five (5) days of the auction’s close by any RDO Equipment Co. location. Delivery of machinery will be available upon verification of complete payment. Buyers are responsible for any additional taxes or shipping costs. Payment types may include one or a combination of the following methods: cash, cashier’s check or wire transfer. Credit cards will not be accepted for auction based purchases. All lawn & garden equipment is taxable. Buyers must present valid farm tax exemption documentation in the buyer’s name to qualify for eligible tax exemption status. Reselling equipment that is remaining on RDO Equipment Co. property will not be allowed. Loading is available at each location by appointment only. Please contact the RDO Equipment Co. location directly to arrange scheduling for loading prior to arrival. Please allow one day for processing before picking up equipment. All machinery is sold through the auction process “as-is” with no warranties either written or implied. Equipment descriptions are believed to be correct but are not guaranteed to be so. Buyers are responsible for inspecting the equipment prior to the auction closing time and cannot hold RDO Equipment Co. or the auction company liable for any discrepancies determined without the buyer’s prior verification. Additional charges for machine preparation for loading or delivery may apply. All auction sales are final. Operator’s Manuals may or may not be available at time of delivery. Additional storage fees will apply to un-delivered machinery on the 15th day after auction closing at a rate of $10.00 per day.
