This is a clean 4760 coming off of a local cattle ranch. We sold this tractor to this gentleman about five years ago - he said he has had no issues with this other than putting in a new alternator a few years ago. Tractor starts, runs, clutches, shifts, brakes, steers and operates as it should. AC blows cool air, could possibly use some additional refrigerant to make it colder. Cab is good and tight, glass is all good. PTO, three point and hydraulics all work as they should. I did not notice any blowby coming out of the breather. Powershift shifts as it should. We also have a set of duals that will be included with the tractor (pictures will be coming shortly). We believe the hours to be actual - owner has upgraded to a newer tractor and is selling this one. Additional questions can be directed to the owner during normal business hours @ 970_596_7165. Loading assistance must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Owner has the ability to haul this for the buyer for a fee, if desired. Sales tax at the rate of 4.65% will be added to the purchase price of this item unless the buyer claims this as an ag exempt purchase and provides the auction company with a completed and signed Colorado ag exemption affidavit. This will remove Colorado state sales tax of 2.9% BUT MONTROSE COUNTY SALES TAX OF 1.75% MUST STILL BE COLLECTED AS MONTROSE COUNTY DOES NOT EXEMPT FARM MACHINERY FROM THE COLLECTION OF SALES TAX - NO EXCEPTIONS.
