This is a very clean Weed Badger coming off of a local hops farm. Everything on this machine works as it should. It has the hydraulic tilt so you can change the cut on the head plus it has either a manual or automatic post/tree feature that allows the head to move around the items you are mowing. Sales tax at the rate of 4.65% will be added to the purchase price of this item unless the buyer claims this as an ag exempt purchase and provides the auction company with a completed and signed Colorado ag exemption affidavit. This will remove state sales tax of 2.9% BUT MONTROSE COUNTY SALES TAX OF 1.75% MUST STILL BE COLLECTED AS MONTROSE COUNTY DOES NOT EXEMPT FARM MACHINERY FROM THE COLLECTION OF SALES TAX - NO EXCEPTIONS.
