All items sold "as is where is" with all faults and no guarantees. All sales are final! We do our best to inspect each item before it is offered online and we will point out any faults that we see. We encourage self-inspection before bidding. Upon completion of the auction, an invoice will be emailed to the email address registered with Auction Time. Successful bidder must contact us within 24 hrs to confirm information and method of payment. Payment must be made in full within 3 business days, no later than the Monday following the auction. No items will be released until payment is made in full. NO EXCEPTIONS! Payments methods are credit card or wire transfer. Purchases made out of the US can only be paid by wire transfer. Wire transfer purchasers will be assessed a $25.00 wire transfer fee. Credit Card purchasers will be assessed a 3% convenience fee. All Indiana sales are subject to 7% sales tax unless the item is in "direction production" and a sales tax exemption form is completed by the buyer. All out of state sales will be taxed according to that state's sales tax rate unless item is in "direct production" and a sales tax exemption form is completed by the buyer. Items must be picked up within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, buyer will be assessed a $25.00 a day storage fee. After 60 days, items will be resold with no refund returned to the buyer. We do not charge for loading, however any major tear down will be billed at a rate of $50.00 per hour. Please call us with any questions. All items must sell through the auction process.
