Manufacturer Warranty Control: All warranty coverage, including the applicable warranty period, commencement date, exclusions, limitations, and expiration, is determined solely by the manufacturer, Dixie Chopper, in accordance with its official warranty policies. Although warranty coverage may be advertised or represented as extending up to five (5) years, actual coverage may expire earlier if provided for under the manufacturer's applicable warranty terms. Limitation of Dealer Responsibility: Little Tractor & Equipment has no authority to establish, modify, extend, guarantee, or override the manufacturer's warranty terms or expiration date. LT&E shall not be responsible for any reduction, limitation, denial, or early expiration of warranty coverage imposed by the manufacturer, provided such limitation is consistent with applicable law.
