All units are sold "AS IS WHERE IS"; with no warranties written or implied by Robbins Equipment Inc. We do our best to describe items, however it is the buyers responsibility to inspect all items prior to placing bids.
Items are available for inspection at respective location. Our hours are M-F 8-5:00. All bidders are solely responsible for personally inspecting the item and verifying any information presented before bidding. Item descriptions and listings are subject to change, correction, update at any time, without notice.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
Buyer understands any description given or written on the equipment is not guaranteed, and will rely entirely on their own inspection.
All specifications for this item are taken from sources generally deemed to be accurate, but not guaranteed. Check, verify and if possible self inspect item you are bidding on.
Payment and Shipping
Invoices will be emailed to the address supplied to AuctionTime the same day auction concludes.
No equipment will be released until payment is made in full.
All sales are final at the close of the auction.
Buyers must make contact with us in 24 hours to inform the type payment that will be made.
We accept wire transfers, cash and cashier’s checks. No credit or debit cards accepted.
All funds must clear our bank before item may be removed from our lot.
Full payment is due within 4 business days of auction end.
Items must be picked up within 7 business days. After 7 business days a $15/day fee will be assessed. After 30 days item will be resold and no refund will be returned to the customer.
All non paying buyers will be turned over to AuctionTime as such.
Loading services available upon request.
Loading and disassembly will be charged at $85 per hour, immediately due after loading the equipment.
No weekend or after hours loading available.
