THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED BEYOND WHAT IS EXPRESSLY WRITTEN IN THIS LISTING. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AT CLOSE OF AUCTION We do our best to represent livestock as accurately as possible. However, bidders are welcome to pre-inspect on their own. Please call us to arrange a time to view if you would like to do that. CONTACT. - Winning Bidders must contact seller within 24 hours of auction close to arrange payment and delivery details. PAYMENT - Buyer shall pay any sums due for the purchase of the livestock at delivery or prior to delivery. Payment upon shipment of the livestock will be as follows: 1) If buyer is present at delivery, full payment must be received at delivery; 2) If buyer is not present at delivery, full payment must be received prior to load out unless otherwise arranged between the buyer and seller. - Accepted Methods of payment include Cash, Zelle, or Certified Check DELIVERY - Buyer must take delivery of livestock by 1 weeks after sale date. - Livestock not taken by 1 weeks after sale date will incur additional yardage fees of $5/day/hd. - Livestock not taken by 30 days following stated delivery date are considered abandoned & will be resold on the auction and no refund shall be made to buyer. SHIPPING - The RISK OF LOSS for the livestock passes to buyer at the time that the livestock are loaded on the carrier. - Buyer is required to send transportation to take gross weight of all livestock sold on listing and/or head count. - No freight adjustment will be given on livestock that weigh below the estimated base weight if the head count is within 5% of listing quantity. - Buyer is responsible to determine the legality of hauling & transporting all livestock prior to purchase. This includes, but is not limited to: larger than normal loads to their final destination, crossing of state lines, any and all vaccinations & health records required. OTHER - All percentages used to represent livestock in this listing (i.e. 85% Suffolk) are estimates only. - It is the buyer's responsibility to verify all claims of seller to fit buyer's specific program prior to purchase. (including, but not limited to: Value Added Programs, Certified Organic, etc.)*Monthly payment stated above assumes a secured commercial use loan transaction available for highly qualified commercial loan applicants.
