●All items must sell through the auction process, No pre-sales.
●All equipment is sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” with no warranty or guarantees. All sales are final.
● Bill Hall Auctioneer, Inc. Online Auctions assumes no liability for errors or omissions in this listing. Expressly excluded are warranties of merchantability, fitness for use, purpose and description. Hour meter readings or mileages represented are unverified information and accuracy is not guaranteed in any way by Bill Hall Auctioneer Online Auctions. Any information is gathered from sources believed to be reliable, but is not guaranteed to be accurate. We act as agents only between the buyer and the seller.
●Items are available for inspection prior to bidding and any bidder is solely responsible for personally inspecting the item and verifying any information presented here or elsewhere. Item descriptions and listings are subject to change, correction, updates or cancellation at any time without notice.
●Storage, insurance, tear down, loading and removal of item is at the risk, expense and liability of the buyer, immediately following the auction end. Any items not removed by 30 days after auction ends will be considered abandoned and resold and Bill Hall Auctioneer Online Auctions will retain the proceeds. A processing fee of $350.00 will be charged to the bidder.
●Payment may be made by: bank wire or certified check and must be received and paid in full within 2 business days of the completion of the auction. ($35.00 wire transfer fee).
● Sales tax will be charged - unless buyer provides proper tax exemption form.
●Titles Fee is $75.00 on all titled units and will be sent via certified mail filled out in the buyer’s name only (no exceptions). Units driven away will have to have proof of liability insurance on that unit and the driver must have a valid driver’s license (CDL if needed).
●You must allow 24 hours after payment has been received before picking item up. Please call to verify pick-up times and dates.
●An invoice will be sent to your email address registered with Auction Time after the sale concludes. By purchasing this item/items on this invoice, the buyer/bidder is acknowledging/accepting the terms and conditions of this invoice.
