Buyer must sign and return paid invoice to receive release papers for pickup. Shipping is buyer's responsibility. All equipment/items are used and is sold "As Is, Where Is" with no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied. All sales are final. Information, descriptions and details including year, make & model are deemed correct but are not guaranteed and you, as the buyer, are responsible for your own due diligence. Personal or independent 3rd party inspections are recommended and encouraged before bidding. 10X Auction LLC inspections are merely visual and limited to what our sales agent sees and hears the day of listing, however, no mechanical inspections were performed. Buyer understands any description given or written on the equipment is not guaranteed, and will rely entirely on their own inspection. All information we provide for this item such as Serial Numbers, Weights, Horsepower, Lift Capacities, etc., is taken from sources generally deemed to be accurate, but not guaranteed. We do not guarantee this information but provide it for your assistance.
Any loading assistance must be discussed with the owner of the item(s) BEFORE bidding. 10X Auction LLC DOES NOT provide transportation, shipping or preparation for shipping. Normal removal time is within 14 days of auction date unless prior arrangements have been made with the seller. NO SHIPPING is provided for small items or it's sellers without arrangements prior to bidding. You, as the bidder, are responsible for your own due diligence BEFORE bidding.
As a successful bidder an invoice will be emailed after auction close with the winning bid price. THIS IS SOLELY THE WINNING BID PRICE notice and additional charges may apply such as sales tax, incoming bank wire fee of $20, minimum title fee of $88 per titled vehicle, etc. It is your responsibility to contact 10X Auction within 24 hours of the auction close for the total amount due and to make payment. Payments received after 48 hours will be assessed a minimum $50 late charge per day until funds have been received. Acceptable forms of payment are: Bank Wire Transfer (add $20 to total), Credit Cards accepted to the amount of $10,000 (add 3.99% to total), All International sales must be by bank wire transfer or credit card in U.S. Funds. Bank wire details are at the bottom of your invoice. ALL wire transfers are charged an additional $20 to cover our bank processing fees. Any applicable sales tax laws apply per the location and seller of the item and are in addition to the amount showing on the invoice. If you are exempt from sales tax, you MUST provide a completed exemption form or dealers license. If you are going to use a third party for transportation, you must provide BOL (Bill of Lading) as soon as possible, within 7 days of pickup.
