A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the winning bid to determine the final sale price, with a 6% KY Sales tax on applicable items unless a farm exempt or other tax exempt number is provided for our records. Winning bids on items $499 and below will be invoiced to the winning bidder by email through Square and paid in full by credit card. On items $500 and above, a $500 non-refundable deposit will be invoiced by email through Square with the balance due upon item pickup by credit card or cashier’s check. Items must be picked up within 14 days of auction close or any claim to those items is relinquished. No shipping is offered by Hodges Auction Company.
