It is being sold as is, where is, with no warranties or guaranties given or implied. You are welcome to inspect the equipment being sold on our yard in GLASGOW KY prior to bidding. Please Note: for titled vehicles/trucks/trailers, a $350 title processing fee will be added to your invoice. Payment in full is due within 3 business days following the completion of the auction and the equipment is to be removed from our yard within 30 days. Any equipment still not picked up will be charged a daily storage fee of $25 starting on the 31st day following the close of the auction.
