Inspection – Items are available for inspection by contacting the auction company 937-537-0559 to arrange a time for any bidder to inspect the item in question. It is the bidder’s responsibility to inspect the item and the listing pertaining to said item. Each potential bidder is responsible for his or her own independent inspection.
Payment- Payment must be received within 48 hours after the conclusion of the auction. The buyer will receive an Invoice from RBEquip. VIA email provided from Auction Time at your time of registration. Buyer agrees to pay by Cash, Certified check, or Wire transfer. There is a $25 bank fee for all wire transfers. Visa or Mastercard will be accepted up to $2500 with an additional 4% surcharge. Any buyer from outside the United States must pay by Wire Transfer only and all wire transfer fees will be the buyer’s responsibility. For Wire instructions please see your email with the original invoice from RBEquip You will receive a Paid in Full invoice once your payment has been received. No item can be picked up or shipped without the PAID IN FULL INVOICE.
Shipping- All shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. All funds must clear before any item can be removed or shipped. Any titled vehicle will be charged a $25.00 title fee.
Removal – All items must be removed within 14 days of the auction. Any item not picked up or shipped within 45 days of the auction will be RESOLD and no refund will be returned to the buyer. Applicable sales tax will be charged, based on the item's location, unless buyer provides proper tax exemption form. Successful bidder must contact us within 24 Hrs of auction close to finalize invoicing and payment details.

RBEquip has been commissioned by the equipment owner to sell the listed equipment to the highest bidder. As commissioned sales agents, we believe the information provided by the equipment owner to be correct and true, but we do not guarantee its accuracy.
**RBEquip will be more than happy to facilitate your loading and transportation needs. Any item that requires tear down and “excessive” load time (i.e. tillage equipment, planters, etc), will be subject to a fair “loading and prep fee” due to RBEquip from the successful buyer at the time of loading. This fee should be discussed and understood before buying one of these items. RBEquip can/will invoice you for this fee at the time of purchase in the event the successful bidder hires an outside company to transport those items.
**All items must be picked up within 45 days, at that time unclaimed items will be forfeited back to RBEquip and no refund will be made to the original buyer. These unclaimed items will then be re-offered to the general public for sale. If an item cannot be picked up in this amount of time, and it is your intent to still purchase it, a 10% monthly “housing fee” will be assessed to the original invoice.
