ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS WHERE IS
All equipment is sold “As IS” without warranty either expressed or implied. All sales are final
No equipment will be released until payment is made in full. Purchases are responsible for making pick up arrangements with the seller within 20 days unless other arrangements have been made with the seller. After the 20 days is complete buyer will be charged a $20 storage fee per day. All shipping and logistics is at the cost of the buyer. After 30 days items will be resold and no refund will be returned to customer.
**Payments are required via Wire, Check, or Credit Card in U.S. Dollars and paid in full within 3 business days of auction close. No pick up is allowed until payment is made. PAYMENT BY WIRE IS REQUIRED ON ANY AMOUNT OVER $5,000.00. Items under $5,000.00 paid by check will require 7 business days for check to clear before we allow pick-up. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Buyer is responsible for all applicable taxes. Nebraska SALES TAX is 5.5% and applied to all purchases that are not tax-exempt. The only exception is if you have no business interest in Nebraska and are from another state. You can hire an independent third party contractor to load and deliver the equipment to you. In that event, Nebraska Sales Tax does not apply, BUT YOU MUST PROVIDE US A BILL OF LADING from the contract hauler. Trucks and trailers with title and license will be supplied a Bill of Sale and tax and license requirements will be subject to the rules in the State of the purchaser.
**A 3.8% convenience fee will apply for all credit cards. A $15 Wire Fee will be added to all wire transfers. Instructions for wire transfer will be sent immediately via email after the auction.
An invoice will be sent to the email address registered with “Auction Time” after the sale concludes. If you are the successful bidder, notify us within 24 hours of auction completion to verify method of payment via email or text only.
We encourage your inspection of the property prior to bidding. Auctioneer and/or seller assume no liability or omissions in this listing. Listings are subject to change, correction, or update at any time, without notice.
Trucks and trailers with title and license will be supplied a Bill of Sale and tax and license requirements will be subject to the rules in the State of the purchaser. Allow up to 30 days for titles to be issued.
PICKING UP YOUR ITEMS:
If you are planning on picking up your item yourself, you must call at least 24 hours in advance to set a pickup time. Our shipping department is open Monday through Friday, 8AM-3PM & Saturday, 8AM-12:00PM central standard time or by appointment only.
We are not responsible for any damage to your or your authorized representative’s vehicle or trailers in the process of loading. We are not responsible for: a) damage incurred to a product after pick up (it is up to the buyer or buyer's representative to inspect the item prior to signing the packing slip), b) any expenses incurred in the event of a mistake in pick up (it is up to the buyer or the buyer's representative to be informed of what their product is and to verify the item prior to signing the packing slip). You must make sure that you bring the correct equipment for the loading and transport of your products. If you do not, you may be turned away. Any excessive equipment work required to adjust your product on your equipment will be charged a flat fee of $50, payable prior to the work being done.
