BY BIDDING ON THIS ITEM YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THE AUCTION – ALL INSPECTIONS MUST BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO AUCTION
All equipment is sold “As-Is, Where-Is” with no warranty, expressed, written or implied. Description and/or year, make, model, brand, empty or gross weight, hour meter readings or mileages are unverified information and accuracy is gathered from sources believed to be reliable, but is not guaranteed to be accurate. To have complete understanding of the overall condition and functionality of the unit, you are responsible for an inspection of the item(s).
All sales are final. Items must be picked up within two weeks of conclusion of the auction. A $25 daily storage fee will be assessed for each additional day unless prior arrangements have been made with seller. Any purchased items not picked up within 30 days will be resold and no refund will be returned to the buyer.
PAYMENT MUST BE MADE BY BANK WIRE ONLY. The winning bidder must contact will receive an invoice after the sale concludes. Once payment has been completed and received, a paid invoice will be sent to the email on file and the equipment can be picked up. No equipment can be picked up until payment is finalized. Payments need to be received and paid in full within 48 hours from the completion of the auction. Any wire transfer fees will be paid by the buyer.
All items are sold “As-Is, Where-Is” with no reserve. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the item.
ALL BIDDERS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR PERSONALLY INSPECTING THE ITEM AND VERIFYING ANY INFORMATION PRESENTED BEFORE BIDDING. ITEM DESCRIPTIONS AND LISTINGS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE, CORRECTION, AND/OR UPDATE AT ANY TIME AND WITHOUT NOTICE.
